Whitelist Instructions
By whitelisting emails from Support@SoundMoneyEconomy.com you ensure receiving our informative emails. In the gold, silver, and cryptocurrency space, spam and scams are unfortunately common, often causing even legitimate emails to get flagged and sent to spam folders.  Protect yourself from misinformation and stay connected to accurate, timely information by keeping our emails where they belong—in your inbox!

Add to Contacts
This helps Gmail recognize us as a trusted source.
Open Gmail and find an email from contact@soundmoneyeconomy.com (check your spam folder if needed).
Open the email.
Hover over our name or email at the top of the email.
In the pop-up, click "Add to Contacts"

Create a Filter
This filter ensures emails from Sound Money Economy will always go to your inbox.
Open Gmail and click the gear icon in the top right corner, then select "See all settings."
Go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
Click "Create a new filter."
In the "From" field, enter @soundmoneyeconomy.com to whitelist all emails from us.
Click "Create filter."
Check the box next to "Never send it to Spam."
Optionally, check other boxes like "Always mark it as important" if you want additional customization.
Click "Create filter" to save.
In Spam Folder
Following these steps will prevent our emails from being marked as spam.
If an email from @soundmoneyeconomy has gone to the spam folder, open the email.
Click "Report not spam" at the top of the email.
This tells Gmail that emails from this sender are safe, moving the email to your inbox and preventing future emails from going to spam.
